Buying Above £250,000

When purchasing above £250,000 the homebuyer is expected to pay on completion stamp duty land tax of 3%. Through our specialised tax mitigation scheme, nothing changes, other than the fact that within 30 days of completion the homebuyer receives a rebate of over 50%.
