Lloyd Richards is the Chairman of Prideaux Associates and has worked within the financial industry since leaving Rugby School in 1986. Lloyd has been a partner within a leading property services firm in Warwickshire and is an award winning independent mortgage adviser. Having set up his own mortgage practice in 2005, Lloyd has created a family of fantastically loyal clients, over 500 in number.

Lloyd’s passionate belief in personal recommendation led him to writing a book in 2009 called The Referral Brain and has presented its message of in seminars and lectures throughout the UK. Lloyds ability to communicate and connect with clients and business colleagues led to the establishment of deep working relationships within the Conveyancing and Legal profession. It is from these very special and individual alliances that Lloyd has been able to bring to the market this unique opportunity for homebuyers.
